Request a Transcript

To request a transcript, e-mail kwinter@pgusd.org. If you need an official transcript, you must supply the name and address of an institution that will be receiving the transcript. All other transcripts mailed out will be unofficial. Also, include a statement about whether or not you want test scores included.
