Request a Transcript

To request a transcript, e-mail crussell@pgusd.org. Transcripts are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.The person requesting the transcript needs to include their full name at graduation, the year they graduated, birth date and a telephone contact number. You must supply the name and address of an institution that will be receiving the transcript. Also, include a statement about whether or not you want test scores included.
