Dates for the following exams and links to the appropriate websites are given.

  • SAT     - Preparing for the SAT free booklets available at the counseling office                                          
  • ACT - Preparing for the ACT free booklets available at the counseling office
  • A.P.
  • AP Test Dates 2010 - To Be Announced
  • PSAT -  The PSAT will be given on Saturday, October 17th at PG High School. Cost is $18.50  Deadline for Juniors to sign up is September 18th. Sophomores may sign up (based on space availability) , starting September 21st. ALL PSAT REGISTRATION CLOSE OCTOBER 2. Please bring payment (Payable to PGHS) to Mrs. Farmer, in the Guidance Office no later than October 2nd.

SAT Subject Tests

"The CSU's  and UC's will no longer require the SAT Subject Tests for Admission beginning with the high school graduating classes of 2012. Please check with any other colleges to see what their requirements will be. Sophomores currently enrolled in A.P. World History may want to consider taking the World History SAT Subject Test at the end of their sophomore year if their college of interest is still requiring SAT Subject Tests.
